You are Saved, You are Loved

 

Today we remember Christ’s crucifixion.  The act that redeemed and saved us.

Jesus lived according to God’s will. He showed and gave love even if He knew that at the end He will be crucified. He endured the suffering knowing this is all for the greater good–an act of God’s love for humanity, to be cleansed from their sins.

Because of Jesus’ crucifixion…and because He has risen from the dead…we are given a chance to renew life daily.

To turn away from sin.

To reflect on our actions.

To do good…

To worship God…

 

God’s love endures forever. He remains faithful to His promise. And everyone who follows Jesus is guaranteed a place in Heaven.

years ago, a man died on the cross. Days later those who believe and follow Him saw that He was more than just a man…He was the Son of God…

Each day is a brand new day to start over. To reevaluate how we have lived our lives. How we have taken care of ourselves and of others. Take the life and make it more fulfilling.

…for 2000 years ago Jesus died. His blood washed away our sins. He lived again and promised to be with us always.
